KORDEX provides custom software development, web development, POS/ERP and related enterprise systems, consulting, and support. Descriptions on the website are informational; deliverables, timelines, and fees are confirmed in a written proposal or contract.
3. Inquiries and proposals
Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding project until both parties accept a written agreement. Quotes and proposals may expire as stated in the document or after a reasonable period.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access, accurate requirements, feedback, and any licenses or content needed for delivery. Delays in client inputs may affect schedules.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, pre-existing KORDEX tools, frameworks, and know-how remain our property. Custom work product ownership and license rights are defined in the project agreement. Website content, branding, and materials on kordexitsolutions.com are owned by KORDEX or its licensors.
6. Acceptable use of the website
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at abusive volumes, introduce malware, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, KORDEX disclaims warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or error-free content. Liability for contracted services is limited as set out in the relevant agreement; where not specified, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Courts in Sri Lanka have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
